All calls are immediately responded to by our friendly customer support team; a technician / mechanic is immediately notified and sent dependent on peak times.
Do our service fees vary between day and night?
Our rates will vary between day or night. Day rates are classified between the hours of 6am-6pm. Night rates are classified between 6pm-6am.
Do we charge for travel, as well as when parts are sourced?
Yes. There is a standard flat fee charged for return travel of 80c per km
What type of vehicles do we repair?
Our services are tailored specifically for trucks, plant machinery, earth moving equipment and hydraulic equipment.
Do we provide a warranty on our work?
Yes, all our work is guaranteed to be of top quality. If you are unsatisfied, we will have no hesitation to come out to you at no extra charge to fix the problem to the standard expected based on the initial diagnosis.
